These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DAMagedOpt platform and website ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

DAMagedOpt provides AI-powered optimization software for hydropower turbine dispatch. The Service includes real-time optimization recommendations, analytics dashboards, and related tools.

2. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose — hydropower optimization. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or misuse the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, and software comprising the Service are the intellectual property of DAMagedOpt. Your data remains yours.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service provides optimization recommendations, not guarantees. DAMagedOpt is not liable for operational decisions made based on our recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your data will be exported and deleted within 60 days.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
